Fish Tikka Kabab


  • INGREDIENTS
500 gm.   Fish

2 medium size Ginger

8 green Cardamom 

2 tbsp. red Chili powder

1 small Mace

1/2 tbsp.orange Color

3 4 tbsp Yogurt

15 clove Garlic


WHAT TO DO ?


Wash the fish finely & dry

Cut the fish into small pieces

Make a fine paste of garlic and ginger 

Mix all the ground ingredients,

color red chili and salt into the yogurt

Now apply to the fish pieces 

Keep aside for 1 hour 

Stick on wooden sticks.

Now put on medium flame or charcoal grill
