Lemon Rice



INGREDIENTS

600 gm Rice

1 tbsp.Mustard seeds

12 chickpeas

25 gm. Dal Maash

1  ½ tbsp. Lemon Juice

Salt as u require

1 tbsp. Turmeric

25 gm. Peanuts

15 gm. Cashew

3 green Chilies

1 tbsp. Ginger Paste

1  ½ tbsp. White Pepper powder

15 gm. Green Coriander

1 tbsp. Vinegar


WHAT TO DO?


1. Boil water in a pan, add vinegar, salt, cooking oil, and boil it for 15 min.

2. In a pan add cooking oil, mustard seeds,  chickpeas, Peanuts, Cashew, Green Chili, Ginger, Lemon Juice, Salt, White pepper powder, Turmeric, Dal Mash and cook it for 3 min.

3. Now add boiled rice and cook it for 2 min.

4. Your tasty lemon rice are ready type serve
