RASPBERRY UZVAR

Here's how make it :

Ingridient :

  • 100 ml wine
  • 3 l (liter) of water
  • 300 g (10,5 oz) sugar
  • 500 g (1,1 lb) raspberry
  • citric acid–to taste


Step :

  1. Bring water to boil. Add sugar and citric acid. Dissolve these ingredients in the water. Bring the mixture to boil again.
  2. Wash raspberries carefully and put them in a pan. Pour the cooked syrup above the berries. Leave the mixture for 1 hour and cool it. Then add wine and stir to combine.
